When working in Photoshop sometimes when I slide my hand and pen on to the Wacom tablet ( Intuous Pro ) the file I have open tilts to one side for no apparent reason
Would really appreciate any advice you could give

This is interesting. Wish you were talking about the Cintiq as I can give you a lot of advice on this.
Are you bumping the Intuos with your hand? OR dropping your hand down while you move it? Sometimes with the Cintiq I lower my hand bump into it causing a random line or something else to happen. Thus I use a Smudge Glove sometimes to prevent these things.
Also know that if you message Wacom on Facebook they will answer as well and give you a solution. There social media managers are really strong. I know both of them. So if you do not find an answer here, then ask them directly. Really nice people managing their feeds.

Are you accidentally invoking the rotate view tool? It's hiding under the hand tool. Reset to 0 in the options bar

Thank you for your suggestions but it seems the problem is with the Wacom Tablet

I haven't come across this issue on my tablet. What version of Photoshop and Wacon software are you running. I am curious whether I can duplicate it and find a solution.
