Photos Install Problem on Apple M1/M2 Macs continues

Today's dot update (24.21) didn't fix the installato bug.  Below is the error code.

I think I'm done with Adobe..........

Hi @Charles Putnam install Rosetta 2 resolves error 183 but I think you already know that.

The install issue on M2 Macs was not listed on the resolved list and not noted by Adobe in the other post.

I know installing Rosetta 2 will "fix" this.  Howver it's simply a band-aid fix Some of us don't want to instll Rosetta 2 because 2 tcan cause it's own problems.
