Photos not loading

I am trying to add a photo to Photoshop and it just brings up a blank canvas.

Can you copy the photo to your desktop?

If so, copy it there and then open in photoshop.

Please provide more details. Are you trying to open photo in Photoshop? And it is not opening desired photo but rather showing you blank canvas? Are you sure that photo actually has pixels and content? Can you post some screenshots of your photo and result when trying to open in Photoshop?
