Whenever i download my image from photoshop to my phone the colors are different. how do i fix this?

What is the color space of the document in Photoshop, was it saved in the document, what kind of phone (not all have color management)?

Hi @courtney5CC5 Is your own computer screen colour managed [ie you have a calibrator tool and software to calibrate and profile it?]
Are you saving the girl and balloons image as 'sRGB' [or after converting to sRGB] with the ICC profile embedded?
sRGB is a working colour space used by Photoshop.
What phone? The majority are quite well colour managed these days?
