Can you guys help me, for a few days my Photoshop and Lightroom have been showing crashes when I'm editing, the program completely crashes and doesn't unlock at all, but my whole system and other programs continue to work normally, I always need to close the process to open again and every time it crashes, I don't know what else to do, help me please.

Have you been submitting crash reports with your email address each time? If so, Adobe Staff can look at these. If not, please do so now and report back here.
