Photoshop öffnet sich nicht

Hallo,

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:
Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

Hallo,

Guten tag!

The app data folder is hidden, so you need to tell Windows to show hidden files and folders in the file explorer.

Do you have the older version still installed? can you go to help>System info... and paste the contents here.

There is a brute force method to erase the preferences, but maybe @J453 would have liked a copy of the corrupted preferences to study what's wrong... to do that, hold CTRL+ALT+SHIFT and click ont he Ps icon to start it.

Hallo,
