Photoshop 2021 crashing on Mac OS Monterey

Hi. 
my photoshop 2021 was working just fine until I updated to OS Monterey. 
every time I start and working on file, few minutes later, it asks if I want to save changes on my file before quitting. Even though I was not trying to quit.
I tried to Restart my computer 

I tried to add Privacy accessibility to Photoshop, restart the computer and it's still keep happening. 
please help. I have deadline and I can not get any work done because it's keep quitting. 
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences

If that doesn't help try the Adobe cleaner tool
