Photoshop 2021 won't launch after upgrade to macOS Monterey. What's the solution? Thanks.

Does it crash? Do you get an error?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? 

Have you tried installing Photoshop 23.0 which came out earlier this week?

Yes, it was crashing upon launch. I have since installed Photoshop 23.0, and that fixed the problem. Thank you!

I still have Elements 9 with Monterey 12.5 and I can no longer use it. What can I do?

After a day I rebooted my iMac (macOS 12.6.6) and when I opened the Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor 2019 from the dock it opened the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 app (!). From there I clicked the Editor blue logo, so it begun to bounce from the dock but after few seconds it stopped and nothing more happened. I tried several times. Not sure what's happeneng because it worked perfectly few hours before it. I don't understand.
