Photoshop 2021 won't print

I bought a Canon Pixa Pro-200. Photoshop refuses to print. I know it's Photoshop because Preview prints. I've tried resetting the Photoshop preferences. I've switched from USB to Ethernet. Photoshop recognizes the printer either way. (It shows up in the printer dialogue box.) I even uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop. I've followed all the steps in Adobe's troubleshooting page. Nada.

Please, I'd love to hear if anyone has a possible solution that I haven't tried above.

MAC, reset printing system:

On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners

Press and hold the Control key as you click in the list at the left, then choose “Reset printing system” from the menu that appears.

After you reset the printing system, the list of printers in Printers & Scanners preferences is empty.

Reinstall the print driver, only from the manufacturer, not Apple.

Also take a look at the following article and check if that helps:

You may like to re-install the printer drivers to check if that makes a difference?

Here is some general Adobe [Mac and Win] info on printing problems,

Simple reset: hold the space bar when you open the print window. It resets the print dialogs

reinstalling Photoshop.

did you follow these steps?

It’s recommended that you use the Adobe CC cleaner tool to remove all traces first.

(See above about preserving preferences though! Its worth preserving them unless they are corrupted.)

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Uninstall Photoshop BUT make sure to choose the option “Yes, remove app preference”.

Once that process finishes, start the installation process and look into the “Advanced Options”. Uncheck “Import previous settings and preferences” and choose to “Remove old versions”.

I hope this helps
