Photoshop 2021 wont open on Windows

Every time I try to open photoshop it simply just won't open. No errors, no change in my pc performance, nothing. I've tried reinstalling as well as closing all instances in task manager. I have no clue how to get it to open. Any suggestions?

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us if you're getting the splach screen while launching the app or even that doesn't come up? Have you tried launching the app by running it as admin to check if that helps? If not, please try that to check if that makes a difference.
