I have an issue with my Photoshop 2022 crashing on launch. I am on an iMac 2019 Catalina 10.15.7.

I have tried:

1. updating to Monterey (I get an error messge saying cannot update)

2. deleted Fonts cache folder in PS 2022 app folder doesn't work

3. reinstalling earlier version, doesn't work

Please can someone help with this problem

Thank you

Hi. Have you tried resetting the preferences? https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences

Also, check this info: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html

Thanks for the reply Marliton, I forgot to mention that the preferences thing isn't an option as PS won't stay open at all, it crashes as soon as it opens. I looked up the second link though so I'm now downloading Big Sur to see if that fixes the issue...
