Photoshop 2022 last version!! zoom Lag, Pixel displace blurry, windows 10.

 When I make the artboard 100% zoom then the text shows clear others wish everything looked same as the screenshot 

What can I do now 😞 it's a huge issue )
also zoom is working lag My PC i5 4th gen, 2GB graphics card 16 GB ram. with SSD.
I don't what the problem is.

Having the same issues, I had to go back to downloading Photoshop 2021, it was unsable!!!!
