Photoshop 2022 Mac Rotate Tool Issues. How do I enable OpenGL for my "document window?"

Hello! I recently updated my Photoshop from 2019 to 2022 and a new issue popped up. For some reason my Rotate Tool isn't working and gives me the pop-up of: "Could not complete request because it only works on OpenGL enables document windows" Is there a solution in Photoshop or my Mac's settings to fix the issue?
