Photoshop 2022 printing wrong size

For two days now photoshop 2022 has been printing the wrong size. The person helping me just closed the chat and screen share. We have uninstalled and reinstalled, and made a root account and it still happens there. My settings are correct, and on inscape, I am able to print the size without issues. It is photoshop, half the time it freezes the cloud is always popping up an error message saying it needs repairs. I run a small business and I use photoshop with it because I can get the best-looking prints. I need this fixed. But I do not know what else to do and the person helping me left after more than an hour of trying to fix it.

Photoshop has been printing the wrong size for three days now. I had tech support help me. We uninstalled and reinstalled it, he did a root check and still had the same issue. The settings are correct, the paper size is correct and it will print the right size in Inkscape which tells me it is a photoshop issue. I am not sure how or why we got disconnected last night but we did and I have a ton of work I need to get done but I am not able to. I am using the trial version right now and I plan on buying it if we can get the bugs fixed.

It will also freeze at times and I will lose my work. It doesn't load at times and adobe cloud gives me an error message saying that it is not working and to pick quit or repair. I have repaired it probably 8 times in three days.

Also, it keeps saying my image is larger than my paper and it is not at all larger. Then it prints it inches to short each time.

Quit Photoshop if running.
Relaunch Photoshop and open the file that you want to print.
Press the Spacebar on your keyboard before you click File > Print. This process resets printer preferences that have been written into the image.

Simple reset: hold the space bar when you open the print window. It resets the print dialogs

Resetting restores Photoshop's internal preferences, which are saved when Photoshop closes.

If they become corrupt then various issues can occur.

You may want to backup your settings and custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences.
