Photoshop 2022 ver 23.0 Doesn't remember pop up windows positions (save, filters etc)

Ever since the upgrade all my pop up windows like the save panel or the filters etc panels default to the bottom left corner. Before i was able to center them on the screen and they would always stay there even after shutting down. Anyone know how to get them to remember where i put them on the screen ?

Hi, I have the very same issue (PS vers 23.1.1) and it's driving me nuts! Any answers anyone?
