This behavior started last evening. I have since uninstalled/reinstalled PS 2023 but that didn't help. Using Windows 11 OS. See screenshot of usage in Task Manager. Any help appreciated.

I actually tried to do that on a support chat last night, but gave up after no response after 1 hour
