Photoshop 2023 crashes immediately after launch

PS 2023 (v. 24.1.1) crashes immediately after launch. It will show the loading 'splash screen' and the landing page or file for about 1 second before closing and giving me a crash report.

I've tried opening it on it's own from the dock icon, double clicking it from the Applications folder, drag/droping files on it it, right click>open in on a file etc. and none made any difference.

Please let me know what other information you need besides all the crash reports that are probably in your system from this morning.
Thank you!

Thanks so much for these really helpful possibilities to check out. (I didn't realize that about my graphics cards). The suggestions didn't work for me initially and then I discovered that the newest Mac OS is actually 13.2.1 not 13.1. The computer wasn't giving any indication that I had updates that needed to happen so I thought I was fully up to date. Turns out that forcing Mac to search for updates brought it up and after updating, everything is working great!

75 GB free space is not a lot of room to run PS.

Also you have two Graphics cards - the discreet UHD (does not meet minimum requirements) and the Radeon Pro.

Use this page to help setup the proper GPU:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html#multiple-gpus

If you still crash after setting this up - try holding Shift+Ctrl+Opt+Cmd then open PS. It will ask if you want to reset your preferences. Confirm.

If you get into PS, I would highly recommend clearing out your HD and have at least 200 GB free space to effectively run PS with your Scratch Disk.
