When trying to select the Object Selection tool, Photoshop shuts down and/or restarts my computer. I'm using an Intel 13th Gen i7-13700K processor with 32G of memory. I've tried reverting to the past four versions with the same problem. Tried an additional version of photoshop 23.0 and same results. I cannot capture the system error due to Windows restarting. Need a solution.

I have the same problem. When trying to select the Object Selection tool, or I simply point to most items in the Tool Box, Photoshop flashes or shuts down and/or restarts my computer. I'm using an Intel 13th Gen i5 processor with 64G of memory and a 4G NVIDIA graphics card. I was getting a similar problem with my computer with less specs. I spent hundreds of dollars in upgrading and the problem is worse.

I should also mention that this happens in Windows 11 and Windows 10, although in Windows 10 the computer mostly freezes or reboots.
