Photoshop 2023 isn't opening

I updated Adobe Photoshop 2023 and after the update, Photoshop refuses to open. I click on the program to open it and nothing happens. I go into Task Manager, and it is showing that it is running, but it isn't opening. I'm really hoping that I don't have to get a new computer, I just got this one (Microsoft Surface Edge 8) and I can't afford a new one. I got this computer to use Photoshop and it will be really disappointing if I can no longer use Photoshop on this computer. I've tried everything I could find on Google and I'm getting really desperate. Please someone help me.

Hi,

I'm assuming that what you got is a Microsoft Surface Pro 8, I'm not aware of Microsoft making any Surface Edge laptops although correct me if I'm wrong 😉

Try this:

1. keeping Task Managet open, force quit Photoshop through Task Manager
2. keep Task Manager open, and start Photoshop again
3. see if it works

I had this issue in the past (not on my laptop but on other's machines) and it seemed to work in the past.
