Everytime I try to open Photoshop 2023 I get nothing. It doesn't even load. I updated it and still nothing. Ended the task in taskmanager and still nothing.

I can't even load previous made projects.

Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance!

With kind regards,

Emma

Hi Emma,

Thanks for reaching out.

Which version of Windows are you using? So, when you try to launch the application after the update, it's not opening, am I correct?

Do you see any error messages? Have you tried reinstalling the application?

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please back up your settings prior to resetting the preferences.

You can check https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks!

Ranjisha

Photoshop 2023 is a horribly flawed version. It is built by 12 year olds for 7 year old users. I suggest either going back to a previous version or using an alternative like Affinity, which is spefically built for adults.

You could try running the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove all traces of the Adobe software before reinstalling it (yet again):  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
