I'm so angry right now, I will take this to small claims court if I have to. Given its price point, photoshop 2024 is a scam. The amount of bugs, crashes, and incomplete features is truely horrifying. It's so bad that, in my opinion, customers ought to get refunds if they purchased the 2024 version.
For me, the issue in the screenshot below was the straw that broke the camels back. The daily crashes are tollerable, but this actually breaks the product for me. In the screenshot, it is impossible to modify the alpha channel in the "points" in the gradient. I did some digging, and the only way to do this is to go into the legacy "classic gradient" mode (the dropdown in the top left.) However, the UI is greyed out, and it is impossible to "ungrey" it. So if you need alpha in your gradients, you'll just have to use GIMP or krita, which is just... outragoues.
PLease give me and other customers refunds for this version of photoshop.
