LG Hans

Hi @HansDampf2020, you wrote, “I then created a new account with Adobe” and this could be where one of the problems is. First, close all Adobe apps on your computer. Use Windows Task Manager to be sure nothing is left running.

Go to https://account.adobe.com and sign in with the email address you used to create the account that has your Photoshop / Creative Cloud subscription plan. This is the same email linked to your billing information. It should look something like my screenshot below (I have the All Apps plan; you may not).

Click on the button “Access your apps and services” and from that page, where you see Photoshop listed, click on the Open button to launch Photoshop. Try to use Generative Fill again to see if you still get the warning. Also, please let us know if you previously had Photoshop Beta installed on your computer and were able to work with Generative Fill normally. If you haven't used the feature before, please make sure you are making your selections correctly before clicking on the Generate button. If the problem continues, please come back to let us know.

Hi @Heiko A.32081242objh Generative Fill functions are restricted to paid subscriptions only. With your professional account - are you managed under an Enterprise or Teams licensing? If so functionality may be controlled by your plan admin via the Adobe Console.

The team admin is me. 😉
Perhaps I could need advice to set the console up in the right way.
