My Photoshop app won't even open up to allow me to use it, therefore I can't use Camera Raw while in Bridge either. I keep trying to uninstall the app so I can redownload it in hopes it might work next time, but it keeps saying I can't uninstall the app because the app is open. I pressed "show all windows" and it says there are no windows to show. I have tried the "move to trash" option in finder and it gives me the same message. I have also tried doing it through the web option and then it says I can't uninstall it because I have files that need to be saved. Again, nothing is open which is the whole reason I need to uninstall the app. What can I do to fix this?
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
