Hi,
Since the last update to 2025 version of Photoshop, Print Studio Pro has stopped working for me.
I am running a Mac on Sequoia and previous updates I could always right click on the app and check the "open with Rosetta" box and it would run.
I've done the same as I have always done and I cant see Print Studio Pro in automate. I updated my drivers and I have the current PSP software so I am at a loss. Any help is appreciated.

I'm not familiar with Print Studio Pro. Is it a 3rd party app? If so, you should reach out to them.

It's a Canon 3rd party via their Pixma printer line. My history in dealing with them comes up nil. My last solve per the Rosetta box was found through this community.

Each time Adobe updates to a new version compatability issues happen with Print Shop Pro.

I don't update at every version release. I only update when I need to.
There's a preference box you can check in Creative Cloud Desktop App to disable automatic app updates.
I'm guessing you probably need to reinstall Print Shop Pro on top of the newly installed Photoshop.
Hope that helps.

Hi, did you ever figure out this issue? I'm having the exact same problem.
Any advice much appreciated.

Hi, Thanks for reminding me about this. Yes I did, a lot of trial and error. I had a suspicion it was the Firmware Updater. Just in case I updated all drivers and PSP. Made sure the "open with Rosetta" box was checked on the get info on 2025 photoshop and rebooted my system and it worked.
You probably have the link but just in case: https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-pro-100?srsltid=AfmBOoroSXjVUWks9Ju4Gduff91ygSfNyrWErQiJ5-...
