Photoshop 2025 save as issues

Whenever i try to save as in photoshop the window for it is blank. Ive tried counteless forum posts and fixes. To no avail. Ive reinstalled many times and used the cleaner tool with revo Uninstaller it still doesn't work. We are a small press and its been impeding our work.

We would appreciate any help on this matter! As reinstalling windows will be a hassle
