Photoshop 22.5 does not open images (editing tools disabled) on Windows 10

Hello,

After the last update PS is not able to open an image correctly. The image is visible, but the background is frozen as you can see on the screenshot attached. And editing tools are not available.
I have reinstalled an older version of PS and it works perfectly.
Could you please advise what is the issue? Graphic card settings?

Hi,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop 22.5.

 

You can try enabling the option to Deactivate Native Canvas in Photoshop 22.5 by going to Preferences, then Technology Previews. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

Well, it is resolved thanks to Adobe support.

Unticking "Use Graphical Processor" in Preferences->Performance resolved the issue.
