Photoshop 23.0.1 GPU crash

while using photoshop/lightroom/bridge, they will crash after several steps or just doing nothing but put aside for a while. then my gpu meets the problem showed in attachment, which means my vram can't be recognized correctly i guess. after this problem, all adobe softwares will run very slow. it can't be fixed until reboot the whole system.

 

my system:

10710u 16g ram

mx250 2g vram

Also Adobe recommend not running Photoshop on Windows 11
