Bonjour, Je suis utilisateur de Photoshop et j'ai donc fait la mise à jour de Photoshop 23.0.1 et surprise çà plante ! Impossible de travailler sans que çà plante au bout de quelques minutes avec la roue multicolor de Mac OS X 11.6. Donc réinstallation de la version précédente sans bug ! Est ce que j'aurais la chance de discuter avec une personne de chez Adobe ?

 

Hello, I am a Photoshop user so I updated to Photoshop 23.0.1 and surprise it crashes! Impossible to work without crashing after a few minutes with the multicolor wheel of Mac OS X 11.6. So reinstallation of the previous version without bug! Would I have the chance to chat with someone from Adobe?

Crash reports are generated by Mac OS X 11.6 forwarded to Apple and not available to Adobe.

So you are seeing a freeze where you need to force quit and not a crash? In that case a process sample while Photoshop is not responding might be helpful: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/how-to-get-a-process-sample-or-spindump.html

Bonjour, Au bout de quelques jours utilisation de photoshop avec dernière mise à jour son comportement est revenu à la normale. Utilise une tablette graphique Wacom avec bien sûr la dernière version du Pilote. Est ce cela qui provoque photoshop en mode bloquer (roue multicolore) et obliger de faire un forcer à quitter. LA est la question mais maintenant tout va ben (pour l'instant).
