Photoshop 23.0 não funciona direito

Por gentileza, alguém me ajuda.

Ao atualizar o Photoshop para a versão 23.0, noto alguns bugs. Ao iniciar o programa não aparecem os arquivos que abri recentemente tampouco a página de "boas vindas". O segundo problema é que quando dou zoom pelo scrow do mouse, o zoom fica muito lento, tonto e desanimado, muito ruim de mexer.

É assim mesmo ou tenho um problema?

Meu pacote Adobe é pago.

Se alguém puder me ajudar, serei eternamente grato.

Do you have this option enabled in preferences for the Home Screen

For the zoom lag, disable this option again in preferences

If you're still not seeing the Home Screen after restarting Photoshop try a preference reset
