It seems like Photoshop 23.1.0 gets tired after a while. The beginning of a session is fine, then things start falling apart.
1. Cannot save because of program error, I've posted this elsewhere. Can't find a fix but it seems like the problem is well known. I'm on the newest PS and have granted disk access (mac). It's been a while now. Ever since 23 came out. I tried going back to 22.5.4 and it has the same issue, oddly it didn't have the issue before 23.
2. Undo stops working. If I switch out of the app and back in it works for a while.
3. Similarly the spacebar/hand tool stops working. I get a system alert every time I press the space bar. If I switch out and back in it temporarily fixes the issue.

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.
Also, are you using Dropbox or Google Drive on this system at all?
Hello, that is strange. Could you post the contents of Photoshop's help/System Info... menu, so that we can have more info about your configuration, if you use plug-ins, etc.
Does the issue happen when you only use Photoshop? or if you swich programs? Is there any other program running? sometimes, even an internet browser can interfere with the spacebar.
What does the activity monitor say when it comes to RAM, or processor usage?
