Win10

- Creative Cloud Desdktop zeigt beim Photoshop keine installierten Plugins.

- 18 GB frei auf dem Laufwerk

Hi,

try to uninstall Adobe Photoshop via the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. After the uninstall procedure is complete, install Photoshop again and check if the problem occurs again.

Which version of Windows 10 do you use? Is your system up-to-date, including all service-/security patches and drivers?

Does it works in the past? If yes, waht has been changed on you system?

Please try to reset the Photoshop preferences.

See here for more informations: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Hi,

I work with Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2. System is up-to-date and all patches and drivers are installed.
Photoshop v22.5.5 is working correctly, but Photoshop v.23.1.1 is not working.
I deinstalled v23.1.1 and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work.

Did you run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool before starting the reinstallation?

Betriebsystemname Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

Please see here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

Keep an eye especially at point 8 "Disable the less powerful graphics card."
