Photoshop 23.4.1 never fully launches

Photoshop 23.4.1 never fully launches, I keep getting the spinning beach ball and eventually the "not respsonding" message in Force Quit box.  I've tried resetting the preferences, same thing. I'm on Monterey 12.0 I cannot find any discussion or solutions for this than resetting preferences which, like I said, do not work. Help, please!

You can try uninstalling and then doing a clean reinstall. 

After you uninstall run this https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

to clear out any remnants. You may also want to look at updating your OS to 12.2
