Hi,

I have Photoshop 24.1.0 running on an Macbook Apple M1 Pro with the latest version of Ventura installed. My short keys don't work at all and when I reassign them, they don't work neither.

E.g when I hit the edit-transform-scale short key (command + 🙂 it lock my layer instaed of scaling it. Same with rotate (command + ù)... then it just show the grid in stead of rotating? Can this be some kind of a keyboard/language issue bug/setting? I use Belgisch/Nederlands Azerty keyboard. I don't have this issues in Photoshop 23.5.3. Can somebody help me out on this one? Thx. Dom

Hi @Footballheroes sorry you are having issues.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

Cory
