Photoshop 24.2 にて、「同じ位置にペースト」を実行しても、同じ位置に反映されない In Photoshop ver 24.2, "Paste at the same position"

Photoshop ver 24.2にて、「同じ位置にペースト」を実行してもコピーしてきたレイヤー・オブジェクトが、同じ位置にペーストされません。

In Photoshop ver 24.2, the copied layer object is not pasted at the same position after executing "Paste at the same position".

プロパティで座標を確認したところ、「同じ位置にペースト」を実行しても、座標が常に0にリセットされてしまいます。

これは、ショートカットからではなく「メニューバー」から「コピー」「特殊ペースト」を使用しても結果は同じです。

I checked the coordinates in the properties and the coordinates are always reset to 0 when I perform "Paste at the same location".

This is the same result when I use "Copy" or "Special Paste" from the "menu bar" instead of from the shortcut.

こちら解決方法をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えていただけますでしょうか。
