To update Photoshop to 24.3, click "Update" in the Creative Cloud desktop app next to Photoshop. More detailed instructions for updating

If you have a pre 2016 GPU, please enable this option in preferences, otherwise you'll run into screen flickering issues, I can't understand why Adobe hasn't announced this issue with version 24.3 to notify people, so I'll do their work for them 😁
