Hey, @JORGE27798743a9am. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the screenshot of the error & system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here. 

 

Do you see an error that says the Neural Filter is temporarily disabled? There could be various reasons. 

One of the reasons could be an incomplete/corrupted installation of the Neural filter. You can follow these steps to re-download the Neural Filter: 

 

Quit Photoshop, delete or rename the following folder, Start Photoshop, and try again:

 

Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/
PHSP/25/Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery/PluginData
