I use Healing Brush Tool in Legacy mode. Just tick the box "Use Legacy" in the tool.
Photoshop 25.0.0 forgets this setting, it basically forgets that I ticked the "Use Legacy" setting in the tool and every time I open Photoshop, I just notice the weird Healing Brush behavior and then I notice that "Use Legacy" is unchecked.
Please fix this bug in later versions, it's very annoying to remember to check the box "use legacy" every time I open Photoshop, just because it can't remember this setting. This was never an issue in the past.
I use Mac, I don't know if it does this on Windows too.
