Photoshop 25.2 RAW issue

My photoshop was updated 2 days ago to the 25.2 version and now I can't open my RAW files. 

It seems to think for a second, but it just freezes and after that, there is nothing I can do, except quit the program.

Could someone help me with this issue? Thank you.

Also what type of GPU do you have and is the driver up to date
