This bug is exactly like the one that plagued Illustrator. The scrubby zoom simply stops working. But with Illustrator it seemed like the system needed to be somewhat stressed. With Photoshop, I'm editing a tiny, low res jpeg and the scrubby zoom "breaks" very quickly. After it breaks, zooming becomes choppy, and slow. It also happens within 30 seconds of opening a file. I can't believe how much time I spend posting Photoshop and Illustrator and Bridge bugs nowadays. Now I'm starting to actually worry about what I might find if I install a new update. There are so many bugs now that I only report the ones that are really troublesome. The ones I can live with, I don't even report. In the past I couldn't find any bugs at all.
