i have a problem with my photoshop, i don't know how to discribe, would you like to see in this video.
It's been happening since I first installed it

probably a GPU problem.

Try to deselect the graphic processor (on the screenshot here it is activated but you can uncheck)

Also  deactivate the native canvas

Maybe it will help
