Photoshop 25 freezes when I on camera raw.

Photoshop 25 freezes and gets unresponsive as soon as i click on camera raw. I have tried reinstalling completely but that didnt fix it. I have more than enough resources to run it. I just bought the photoshop subscription and a huge problem for me already. can anyone help?

@JayKhatri1 try resetting your ACR preferences

If that doesn't help, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

What version of Photoshop and ACR are you running?
