After the recent update to Photoshop, I am now experiencing a strange graphical aberration (noise) when applying the foreground color to a layer. This happened when selecting part of the image and applying the sampled foreground color to that selection, as well as without a selection, and applying the same color using the paint brush tool. [Please see attached screen grab]
I've been using PS for many years, and have never seen this before.
Additional Info: After checking Windows Event Viewer, I discovered the following error:

You're graphic device driver is outdated. Please goto NVidia's website and search the recent driver that matching with your graphic card. Make sure that you're download and install the recent Studio Version and not the Game Ready version!!
