Photoshop Windows Operations
I created an operation for dng files that ends with Save as .jpg. Unfortunately, the effect is overwriting individual photos under the same name, the effect is one photo in the catalog. With other operations that end with the same command, all photos appear in the catalog under their own names.

Hey, @krzysztofs27604443. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. The description isn't clear about the issue & the tool that you're working on. Please share a video of the issue and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.
I could understand that one of your files is being overwritten when you use a script or an action. Also, please test and confirm if the issue exists with Photoshop (Beta). You can get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section.
Thanks!

Hey, @Sameer K, As you write, in the case of the old operation, created in the previous version of the program, the files are saved in the directory one by one under their names. However, in the case of operation created today, the photos are saved under the same name, they are overwritten and in the end of this proces I have only one photo, the one that was taken last. I also set the option "Enable older Save As commands" but it did not change anything. I will test beta versions in the future.
Thanks!
Krzysztof

Thanks for confirming this. Actions are custom workflows, and it'll help if you export and share the action file, so we can test this.
Thanks!

I tried to attach an Action file to a previous message but you can't add files with this extension. How do I export and attach this file?
