Photoshop 3D Discontinued

New Here ,
Aug 30, 2021 Aug 30, 2021

Hi I am currently using Photoshop 22.5.  I use it mainly for editing 360 panoramas which I use for creation of virtual tours.  I got a message stating that the spherical panorama function will be removed from Photoshop and I am being directed to Substance line of products.  Can someone provide a workflow for editing of spherical panoramas utilizing the Substance line of products?  It will be a great help.  Thanks in advance.

You will need to have the  Substance product in order to learn how to use it.

For a short time, a Technology Preview preference can be used to emulate the last known working state for 3D features. Go to Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews and check the box “Deactivate Native Canvas”, and restart Photoshop. Note that this operating mode is increasingly unreliable in modern operating systems, and we recommend using Photoshop version 22.2 (from December 2020) if you need more stable performance with Photoshop’s 3D features.
