PhotoShop 7 Image size not working.

I have Photoshop 7 on a Dell XPS computer running Windows 10. When I try to resize an image using the Image Size tool the program freezes. This problem started about three weeks ago. I have owned this program for several years with no problems until now.  I have tried unistalling and reinstalling but I have the same problem. thanks for your help.

The update to Windows may have made Photoshop 7 unusable. Try resetting Preferences after baking up any customization. Follow the steps to "Using a Keyboard Shortcut" here:

Some of the other methods only apply to newer versions.

Photoshop 7 from 2002???!!!  OMG.  To be honest, I'm very surprised it lasted this long.   Get Photoshop Elements or Photoshop CC, both are way better than what you have now and built to work with modern operating systems.

when you have clicked on Image Size and it freezes do this:
Press Alt + Space, Press M (for Move)

Press any arrow key once

Now move your mouse without clicking.

The hidden popup will “stick” to your cursor and reappear.
Click to drop it.
