Photoshop Accreditation

This is not about PS, per se. I am interested, at some point, in becoming accredited in Photoshop. So far, I have found information only for those who are part of an institution that has Adobe Prime. I haven't yet found anything for individuals on the Adobe site. Can someone direct me to a link?

This link has all the information on becoming Adobe Ceritifed. 

There are no more single app tests/certifications - it is all in one Adobe Creative Cloud Designer test.
