Photoshop actions and their shortcuts not working correctly, weird bug.

Recently I changed some of my Photoshop actions, changing their shortcuts for more convenient ones, it worked well but I'm now getting a weird problem.

Whenever I load Photoshop using the shortcut icon for it everything works fine. But when I try opening a document directly Photoshop will seemingly use the older version of the actions and they don't even work. If I try using the shortcuts as Photoshop is trying to load a previous action that has no script for it anymore it nothing happens. It seems like it's loading the previous workspace as I noticed a previous button that I moved recently loads in the previous place in my UI. My UI is supposed to be locked so I have no idea why this is happening.

At first I thought this was happening only when I loaded old documents, but it's happening with any document really, even the ones I created today.

The only way I find to fix this is by closing photoshop and load it using the original shortcut and not using the document directly, this is a thing that never happened before, so I'm wondering, is there a way to fix it? Can I delete some cache thingy to make this stop happening?

How many Photoshop programs do you have installed? Check the version of Photoshop using the Help->System info menu, for the case when you launch it manually and when you click on the document to launch Photoshop. If the versions are different, then you have several Photoshops and their settings are naturally different.

That worked, I didn't even remember I had 2 versions, it seems when I changed my actions I only changed them in one version and it was opening different versions each time, now it's working well. Thank you!
