How do I change the background in Photoshop back to the default color? Don't now what I hit to get blue. I've attached an image.

Right-click anywhere on the Canvas (empty space) and you can choose the color.

Changing the background in Photoshop is simple! First, use the Quick Selection Tool or Pen Tool to select your subject. Then, refine the edges for precision. Next, remove the background using the Delete key or mask. Finally, place a new background layer behind your subject for the desired effect.
