Photoshop Beta not recognising my DirectX Version

Not too sure how to fix this?

@LeeLaw the GTX 960M only has a feature level of 11.0, if you click on the display tab in dxdiag it will verify that, Photoshop requires a GPU with a feature level of 12.0 and above
