Photoshop (Beta) won't install

I wanted to install Photoshop (Beta), it starts with the installation, is almost complete, but then the page refreshes and we are back in square 1. Any idea why the installation fails?

I have the same problem. I get to 10% install, then, the installation fails

I updated to the latest WINDOWS 11 release, I rebooted and now the installation went well.
